Account Deletion Request

Applies to applications operated by Arulad Borchu Systems LLC (Borchu Systems)

You can delete your account in Borchu Systems applications using either of the following methods:

1. From in-app settings

Sign in to the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
After confirmation, your account and associated data will be deleted

2. By email request

Send an email to support@borchu.mn with the subject "Account deletion request", including the phone number or email address registered to your account. You may also call us at +976 8800 5294. We will process the request and notify you within 7 business days.

What will be deleted

Account information (name, phone, email)
Address and location data
App usage history

Note: Transaction records that we are required to retain under accounting and tax legislation will be deleted after the legally mandated retention period.
